This species of single trunk pinnate palm is native to Brazil and can get to heights of fifty to sixty feet. It can be grown in Southern California and is a smaller version of the Queen Palm. Leaves are green and plumose. It wants full sun and is cold hardy into the mid to upper 20’s F. One special are nice 5 gallon plants, still with their juvenile foliage. They are presently larger than shown here.
