This very cold hardy Alocasia is native to New Guinea and can also be grown in Zone 7B – well into the twenties F. Mature height is three feet. It’s very attractive with green leaves that are prominently purple on their undersides. It’s not as compact as the Low Rider above. It can take full coastal or part day sun. Or, inland, try it in filtered light. We also have 5 gallon size on sale.
