This single trunk pinnate palm is from Brazil and Paraguay. I think the most notable thing is that it doesn’t overly tall. Almost always, this species is under ten feet overall. Rarely it is taller. So, it might be perfect when you need a smaller tree. It is super cold hardy and likes full sun. Cold hardiness should be similar to the Pindo Palm, about 15 degrees F. We have five gallon size available in limited numbers. We haven’t offered this size of plants for about ten years. These would be simple to mail order. The tall habitat photo by TS at RPS shows a totally mature specimen. The smaller plant was taken by me at a garden and supposedly was ten years old.
