This very interesting hybrid would combine the rapid growth and sturdiness of the Sago Palm with the exotic branching leaves of the C. debaoensis. You can already see the bifid leaflets below. We anticipate a small to medium sized green cycad that perhaps can take sun along the coast. It’ll be strikingly different than the Sago Palm. Also, it should have hybrid vigor and perform well. This cross is a recent hybridization and rare to find. We can ship these easily. I anticipate they’ll have a cold hardiness into the upper teens F. I’m offering two sizes at this time. The 15g is shown in the last photo below. There are no mature garden plants that I know of.
