This is probably the tallest of the suckering Dypsis plants. It is native to Pemba Island, an island between Madagascar and Africa. It can reach heights of 25 to 30 feet and has rather husky, prominently ringed green to silver trunk. Trunk diameter is about 6-8 inches, the crown shaft is green to silver, and leaves are slightly re-curved. We’re putting 5 gallons on sale. This is a very popular species but be aware, there is also a single trunk form of this species.
