The citrus pot size of this hybrid as shown below. We have several of them available. These were produces by applying male pollen from C. nostorgii to a receptive female cone of C.kuesteriana. Both species are quite rare and I’m not sure this cross has ever been done before. Both parent species are very narrow leaf species of cycads. We anticipate mature size of this cross will have a caudex size of one to two feet and a height of six feet or so. It should tolerate a fair amount of coastal sun. Far inland areas should put it in filtered light. Cold tolerance will be at least into the low twenties F. or perhaps colder. This size can be mail ordered with the U.S. Caudex sizes on these are 3 to 4 inches.
