CORDYLINE FRUITICOSA “FLORICA”
Cordyline Hawaiian Ti plants are a great way to add color to the garden. They easily acclimate to filtered light growing conditions in our area but can be solely acclimated to coastal sun. Most don’t get much over six feet tall. They have thin trunks and can take a freeze with some damage. Severe cold will kill them. Leaf color varies from pastels to reds to green and black. We’ve found that the darker leaf varieties, especial read, do better in our area.
Shown here are a rarely seen variety called “Florica”. They have red (or pink) and green leaves. They are just gorgeous plants with very wide leaves. They’d do well with bright filtered light and may tolerate some sun along the coast. Our choice of these Cordyline Ti plants changes every week or two. We just got is about a two dozen of these beauties. We’re putting them on sale.
Be aware that our varieties of these Ti Plants sell out quickly |
