THE TEDDY BEAR PALM
RUSTY COLORED FUZZY CROWN SHAFT
This desirable Madagascar palm is medium sized mature with a thin white/silver trunk, has pinnate leaves and gets to a height of about 25 feet. It’s hallmark is the rusty brown colored fuzzy to the touch crown shaft – thus the common name. Along the coast it tolerates full sun or can take part day sun. Cold hardiness is in the mid-twenties F.
