MOST HUGE FOR THEIR CONTAINERS
ALL AN EASY MAIL ORDER-
As most of you know, we propagate the majority our own plants. This involves seed germination and growing plants from small seedlings. Our smallest plant containers are our “band size”. This is a pot that is 3 x 3 inches and 9 inches tall. A flat holds twenty-five bands. Once we germinate the seeds (in community pots) and they have about two leaves, they are individually moved into the band size. In these pots we grow them for an estimated three or more years. Some, especially faster growing species, can get quite large and tall in the band container. Once big enough, they are moved into larger containers.
Below we randomly selected twelve different species of band sized palms, all rare. All of those shown below are part of this Ten Day Special. All are quite simple to ship anywhere in the U.S., weather permitting. Most of those below are very large for their container and ready to be repotted. I am not going to do any descriptions of each species here – just give the species name with photos. All below are part of this special.
