Similar to the C. macrocarpa below, this palm is known for its yellow to gold colored crown shaft. It does throw a new red leaf and gets to a mature height of about 25 feet. Leaves are green and thick in texture. Part day sun works best in most areas. Cold hardiness is the low 20’s F.
