Medium sized tropical fan palm with prominent white color to the back of the leaves. Some call this the “Star Palm” because of its brilliant white color and shape overhead. ‘It has wide, separated segments. Mature height 20 feet. Unusual spine-like roots can develop on the trunk. Filtered light or part sun is preferred. Cold hardy to a freeze or perhaps a few degrees lower. Shown is our 5 gallon size.
