This is an extremely rare single trunk pinnate palm from Madagascar with a mature height of about 30 – 40 feet, plumose leaves and a different appearance. It has a medium thickness trunk and takes full sun. Cold tolerance to just below a freeze. Habitat photo by John Dransfield.
