These were plants we purchased into our nursery as “Rhopalostylis sapida”. But, on closer inspection they keyed out to be a hybrid. This was apparent with their curved leaves and rusty-brown leaf stems. They should follow the cultural advice above under “sapida” but will look a bit different. I think they’ll still take full coastal sun. Inland areas should provide part day sun. We only have 15 gallon size and maybe a few 20 gallon. BTW, I don’t have any photos of the mature hybrid. But, the grower we ot them from had both sapida and baueri intermingled and he collected his own seeds.
