This is an impressive green cycad from South Africa that, over time, can get quite large with eight foot long leaves, a thick trunk and an easily overhead height. In habitat, they get so tall that they resemble Canary Island Palms after about 100 years. It is quick growing, takes coastal sun and is cold hardy to about 22 degrees.
