This species, native to China, is known for it’s round orange fruit that has a unique tropical taste. It has a large brown central seed but there’s plenty of delightful fruit around the seed. Trees have green, slightly fuzzy leaves and can get to twenty feet tall and about fifteen feet wide. They want full sun. They tolerate a frost and take temperatures into the 20’s F. The fifteen gallon on sale are well overhead and will fruit in no time.’
