SLOW GROWING TREE FERN
WILL GET TO A MEDIUM HEIGHT
This species of Tree Fern is native to various localities in Eastern Australia. It doesn’t get as tall as the Australian Tree Fern above and is much slower growing. Trunk diameter is a bit smaller as well. Mature height domestically is usually 10 to 15 feet although specimens in the wild are much taller. Leaves are green, four to six feet long and the trunk has old attached and furry leaf bases that gradually fall off. This species like strong filtered light of part day sun. It enjoys ample water and is cold hardy into the 20’s F. We’re putting nice 5 gallon plants on sale.
