MEDIUM HEIGHT MATURE
THIN BLUE STRAP-LIKE SOFT LEAVES
This extremely rare and difficult to find variety of Fucrea is native to southwest Guatemala and southern Mexico on the Pacific side. Plants have thin trunks with a mature heights of six to nine feet with beautiful heads of super blue strap-like blue leaves. The leaves are a rosette and this crown is six feet or more wide. Trunks have been known to fork when mature. Unlike other Fucrea that produce bubils, this species sets seeds. This is a full sun species and is cold hardy (by estimate) into the mid to upper 20’s F. Mail order would be simple. The 5 gallon on sale are just beginning to take off in their pots.
