WIDE STIFF DARK AND LIGHT GREEN LEAVES
MATURE CLUMPS TWO TO THREE FEET TALL – VERY LOW MAINTENANCE
Dracena trifasciata is a succulent that is native to West Africa and known as the Snake Plant (for uncertain reaasons) and various other common names. It has thick firm leaves that are about 3 inches wide and 12 to 18 inches or more long. There are various varieties of this spcies. The one we have is green with light and darker bands of horizontal color. This plant requires minimal care. I’ve heard that a plant can go “un-watered” for a month or two. It surprisingly also likes filtered light more than sun. It can be grown inside the house as a “low care” houseplant. It can be tolerant of a freeze. We’re putting six or eight inch clumps on Sale.
