This is a hybrid Philodendron that has scarlet-red emergent new leaves that eventually become a shiny green. With this said, in the containers we have plants with six or seven leaves where all leaves are still red. But, eventually old leaves will be green. This is not a climbing species. It can be grown in a container as a houseplant or in the garden. It wants filtered light and is cold hardy down to about a freeze or a bit below. The last photo is by Pinterest UK, unknown author.
