This Madagascar palm is known as the “Triangle Palm” because the crown shaft has three flat sides. This crown shaft has multiple colors including purple, silver and black. It gets to a mature height of about 22 feet in 3 decades. It loves heat and sun. Leaves are a gray-green color and there is prominent speckling in the inner crown with dark colors. It is slow growing. It has a cold tolerance of about 24 degrees F. The 5 gallon size on Special and nicely sized for their containers. These are easy to mail order, They are about ready to plant in the ground after acclimation.
