Rhapis excelsa is native to Asia and typically doesn’t get much over 6 to 8 feet tall in a pot. They do great in shady locations of the garden or inside the home. They are a very nice patio plant. Cold hardiness is about 20 degrees F. They want low dose fertilizer. Too much fertilizer will burn them. The plants on special here are 3 to 4 year old one gallon plants. This is a very easy size to ship. Of course, we have many other larger sizes available and variegated forms as well.
