This is a hybrid Ceratozamia by utilizing pollen from C. plumosa on a C. kuesteriana female cone. Both are sun tolerant dwarf species of Ceratozamia. These plants should end up being under six feet tall and tolerant of near full sun along the coast and a few hours of sun inland. Cold tolerance should be in the low 20’s F. This is an unusual cycad hybrid.
