Monstera deliciosa is a climbing tropical plant native to areas from southern Mexico down through Latin America. It climbs up tree trunks and can get up to 100 feet into the canopy. It has green leaves with horizontal splits/openings. A particular form of this plant doesn’t just have splits but rather holes/openings in the leaves. The plants on sale are this latter type. The trunks attached to whatever is near (tree trunks, fences, posts, etc) and are about an inch thick. Trunks put out attaching roots for support. Leaves can be much larger than shown here when mature. They can easily reach two to three feet in width. It is super easy to grow. Just plant it next to almost anything. We’re putting our limited numbers of 15 gallon and 7 gallon on sale. The first six photos shown the 15 gallon size. In terms of plant size, both containers have the same size plants.
